I will never “ship” Sherlock and John

Friendship isn’t always gay.

I FELT LIKE SHERLOCK HOLMES.

So I was at Six Flags today. And I kept passing these same five college students in line opposite of me, three girls and two guys. I felt like this every time I passed them because I kept studying them. I feel like they would’ve been totally creeped out if they noticed me, but I kept on studying them anyway. Here’s what I deduced:First, I figured out who was dating who. It wasn’t hard. The girl in the Stephen F. Austin shirt was dating the shorter of the two guys. The girl in the Reliant K shirt was dating the taller of the two guys. Each couple stood mostly by each other in line and each got in a respective separate car on the coaster. The third girl I assumed was either boyfriend-less or her boyfriend didn’t come with them. From the way she looked at the girl in the Reliant K shirt, I’d say she was boyfriend-less. She had a sense of friendly jealousy about her, and neither of the boys really paid attention to her. She rode in a car by herself, behind the girl in the Reliant K shirt.Second, they all went to Stephen F. Austin University. As I already mentioned, one of the girls was wearing an SFA shirt. Another of the girls, the “fifth wheel,” was wearing purple SFA athletic shorts. Acknowledging that most people in college date and are friends with other people in the same college, I deduced that all five of them attended SFA.
Third: They were on Spring Break. This one is a little harder to prove, but whatever. The five were excessively red around their necks and chests, compared to other parts of their body. They had obviously recently been in the sun. But it wasn’t sunny enough nor the skin red enough for the redness to be from today. Also, SFA is located in Nacodoches, Texas. It’s about three and a half hours away from Arlington, Texas. That would mean that, if the students wanted to have a successful day at Six Flags, they would have had to get up rather early to drive to Arlington, go to Six Flags for a good amount of time and have fun, and drive back to Nacodoches all in one day. It’s possible, but not probable. They were most likely each staying with a family member, friend, or something of that sort for the week. Also, I just looked it up on the SFA website. Spring Break was this week.Lastly, they were Christian; or at least two of them were. As already mentioned, one girl was wearing a Reliant K shirt. Reliant K is a predominantly Christian band. Her boyfriend had a tattoo on his left shoulder of a Cross with wings and a Bible verse on the inside. I couldn’t make out what verse it was without looking too creepy though. The guy with the tattoo is obviously a Christian. The girl with the Reliant K shirt is most likely a Christian. The three others, by association, are probably also Christians.
….I did this in the thirty minute wait for the Runaway Mine Train. So, I didn’t do it as quickly or thoroughly as Sherlock Holmes, but I’d like to think he’d still be impressed…..
